Prabhu Life Insurance called the annual general meeting (AGM) with proposal to issue Rs. 60 crore IPO. The paid of capital of company is Rs. 1 Arba 40 crore and should be issue 60 crore IPO to reach paid up capital set by insurance committee. In the second quarter of this financial year company gain the profit Rs. 3 crore 72 Lakh 11 thousand.
