Nepal Sewa Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited going to issue 1,80,000 unit share from IPO at Rs. 100 rupees. Out of 1 lakh 80 thousand , 2% for company staff and 5% for mutual funds and remaining share will be issue to public.
Investors can apply for IPO from Baisakha 12, 2075 to 16 Baisakha 2075 from all ASBA member company. The applicant can apply minimum 50 units and maximum up to 900 units.The issue manager is NMB capital for IPO. Total net profit of this company was Rs. 39.94 Lakh in the financial year 2073/74
